Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed Medical record of staff with the details and record the payments
  • Recuritment ( From Interviews to Orientation )
  • Draft and implemented resume filling and screening process.
  • Coordinated and overlooked all internal promotions & interviews.
  • Develop Various templates
  • Handling Staff Payroll
  • Collection of Fuel Bills and Reimburse them accordingly.
  • Making Invitation letters for the local and offshore offices staff members .
  • EmployeeTNE
  • Compensation and Benefit.
  • Made and Revise Letters.
  • Development of Memos and Templates.
  • Monitoring the Attendance and leave Record.
  • Identify and arrange trainings for the employees.
  • Adhoc Activities provided by the Corporate Management.
  • To compile up the Annual Budget and Monitor it on regular basis.
