Experience: 

  • 6+ years experience of Client Services
  • 2+ years prior experience of managingcall center operations

Requirements:

  • Masters degree, preferably MBA
  • Excellent understanding of call center operations, process, & procedures
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent spreadsheet (MS Excel) and data analysis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills
  • Motivation and ambition to excel
  • Drive to learn and grow
  • Must have Leadership & management skills
  • Good Team Building skills

Package: 

  • Negotiable. Depends on the nature of experience and exposure toInternational call center, managerial competencies, and skill set.
