- M.B.A. (HR) with 3 to 5 year experience in a Textile Mill.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Place of duty is Hub, Balochistan.
- Candidate belonging to Naval Housing Colony or Baldia Town will be preferred for out back.
- Others will have to stay at the Mill at Hub where single accommodation will be provided.
