The NAYA JEEVAN health plan of Pakistan attempts to address one of the major deterrents to scaling up health microinsurance: lack of perceived value by beneficiaries due to the omission of tangible benefits that would complement the protection provided through health insurance. NAYA JEEVAN seeks a fellow with solid research skills to enable it to better determine appropriate value-added services (VAS) and measure their impact on perceived client value. This fellowship will contribute directly to improving service quality and service delivery to NAYA JEEVAN's low income clients in Pakistan.
