Government of Republic of Korea has offered a seventeen (17) days short term training Programme starting from 06-22 October, 2011 under its agency ‘Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA)’. The applications will be sent to Economic Affairs Division (EAD), Islamabad, Pakistan through Higher Education Commission (HEC)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a citizen of the Scholarship Program target country.
- Be officially nominated by their government
- Be a government official at Managerial or Higher Level who are in charge of gender policies in central or local government officers or women GO representatives;
- Have completed Bachelors (16 years or equivalent) education.
- Have sufficient command of both spoken and written English in order to take classes conducted entirely in English.
- Be in good health, both physically and mentally.
- Have not previously received a scholarship from the Korean government during the past three (03) years.
