| Job Description: |
| Communicate with users to understand specific system requirements. Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes. Document design specifications, instructions, and other system-related information. Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture. Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components. Direct the analysis, development, and operation of complete software systems. Develop system engineering, software engineering, system integration, or distributed system architectures. Research, test, or verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes. Communicate project information through presentations or technical reports. |
| Skills Required: |
| * At least 5 year of experience in designing and developing highly automated 3-tier web-based enterprise level applications. * Hands-on experience on tools/technologies including Languages like C#, and the .NET Framework, XML Schema, HTML, and Java script with excellent coding skills. * Strong working knowledge of SQL Server 2005, Strong SQL Scripts writing skills, Stored Procedures, SQL Batch Jobs, SQL DTS Packages, and SQL back-end. * Ability to understand and modify the configuration of web services and other applications. * Strong working knowledge of Windows 2003, XP, Vista, SQL Server, IIS and .NET technology and infrastructure. * Proficient in Windows OS/server configuration and network infrastructure. * Working experience with a structured software development life cycle and software test practices on medium to large projects. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Solid verbal and written communication skills. * Highly motivated and self-driven. * Experience with managing a team of 2+ programmers.
