• Solid commercial experience with ActionScript 3.0, Flash, Flex 4
• Experience with web services and APIs
• Strong Object Oriented Programming Skills
• Understanding of software design patterns
• Experience with E4X, XML and Javascript
• Experience with a server-side technology
• Familiarity with the principles of Usability and Human Interface Design
• Familiarity with unit testing techniques for UI’s
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management,support.
