Drilling Engineer Required
Contract Type:
2 years contract (Extension/ Absorption based on demonstrated performance)
Salary Range:
Rs 90,000 – Rs 150,000 (Monthly)
Other Benefits:
Substantial, depending on performance, qualification and experience.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Petroleum Engineering (Minimum GPA 3 or grade 75%) having at least 5-10 years of experience with reputable organizations as Drilling Engineer in Oil & Gas Sector preferably on Rig/Well.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all operations on rig/well site.
- Preparation of drilling/workovers program.
- Coordinate/ supervise the drilling operations, appraise the progress and submit drilling reports to the management.
- Reviewing the agreements/contracts for drilling services such as cementation, wire line logging, tubular running services, packer setting services etc.
- Monitoring/designing the casing, bit hydraulic mud and drilling parameters.
- Planning/supervising the cementation, logging and perforations operations.
- Managing the drilling services.
- Monitor the drilling progress in non operated venture.
Competencies:
- Practical knowledge of oil & gas related drilling softwares.
- Designing of well.
- Prepare specification of material & analyzing quotation.
- Ability to groom fresh engineers.
- Must have good communication and writing skills.
- On job supervision.
- Must have strong analytical skills.
