Manager HR – Customer Development - (All Pakistan Traveling)
Our client is one of the multinational FMCG Company in Pakistan. We are looking for candidates from FMCG industry having sales background and preferable resident at Karachi. The Company provides excellent career progression and working environment.
Reports to: Head of Human Resource
Working relationship: Head of Customer Development
Professional qualification and Skills:
- MBA preferably in HR with the professional experience in FMCG
- Minimum 3 years in similar capacity
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels & pay attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to learn quickly and understand the drivers to company performance.
- A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
- The ability to set priorities and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Develop and Execute Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Human Resource planning, recruitment of manpower as per plan as and when required.
- Developing the performance management system for employees.
- Developing, implementing and carrying out orientation programs for inducting new candidates and facilitating them in easy adjustment in new surrounding
- Plan and monitor recruitment activities that includes advertising jobs in the local newspaper, short-listing of prospective candidates.
- Deal with day to day affairs of different HR issues
- Keep record of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed.
- Prepare monthly headcount report, analyze them and share thoughts with team.
- Development of HRIS according to the company needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary Package: 75K to 90K + Benefits as per company policy.
